My being a licensed Commercial Real Estate Agent and a Realtor^®, I am uniquely qualified to assist you as you choose a site for your franchised business.  Many franchises offer this assistance to you and I suggest that you take advantage of their services.  I have access to national databases of both properties for lease and for sale.  I can even assist you in locating and purchasing existing franchises and businesses anywhere in the united states. My role would be as follows:

• Locate, assess, and assist in the location and purchase of property or locate space for lease.

• Help you asses, evaluate and compare the various sites the franchisor may recommend to you.

• Assist the franchisor in locating appropriate locations for you to consider.

• Negotiate a lease or property purchase on your behalf as your real estate agent.

• Refer you to a local commercial real estate agent or work with a local agent if you prefer.
